Employment Services
Women make better Human Resource managers and this is evident from the fact that a majority of HR managers are females. Companies prefer hiring women managers for reasons like women are polite and they can manage the human resource as families. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 72% of HR managers were women in 2016 but the percentage grew to 86% in 2017.
Also, more and more women choose Human Resource Management as a career. The number of women choosing an HR course is far greater than that of men.
Veterinarians Women Dominated Professions
Pet parents want more than simple vaccination or flea control services for their pets and it is only women that can do more. And experts say that females are better suited for this profession. It involves caring for patients, administering medicines, and assisting them in accessing the bathroom, wearing slippers, and eating their meals.
Female nurses have improved the status of the nursing profession. Also, they have added more value to the service and care provided to patients. Women also dominate this profession because of their qualities like soft-spoken and kind-hearted. They provide a family-like atmosphere to clients.
In the US, 55% of the hospitality labor workforce are females and 15% of them are in senior management positions. And their number is growing every day. Women can understand needs better than men. Also, they are always happy to help.
Pharmaceutical And Medicine Manufacturing
Women have increased their number and contribution to the pharma industry in less than two decades when the percentage of women pharmacists was only 40% but in 2016, it went up to 55%. And this number is continuously growing with each passing day. Today, women can be seen managing pharma shops in hospitals and markets.
