- Banana

Day 2
Breakfast
Eat half a banana, one boiled egg, toast, and a cup of tea.
Lunch
Eat a cup of cottage cheese, one boiled egg, 5 saltine crackers and a cup of tea or coffee.
Dinner
Eat half a cup of broccoli and carrots, two hot dogs with no bun, a cup of vanilla ice-cream and half banana.
Day 3
Breakfast
Eat 5 saltine crackers, apple, slice cheddar cheese, and a cup of tea.
Lunch
Eat one egg, toast, and a cup of coffee.
Dinner
Eat half a banana, a cup of tuna, and a cup of vanilla ice-cream.
In remaining days you’re allowed to eat snacks or healthy diet which you’ll love to eat. After that, repeat the same and you’ll get off from unwanted fat.
