Way 3: create V shape with middle and index finger and place it on each eye. Apply pressure to the outer corner of your brows. Look up and raise lower lids upwards to make a squint. Do for 10 seconds.

Way 1: smile hard as much as you can. While smile places two fingers at the top of your cheekbones and put it down.

Way 2: fill one cheek with air and hold it for few seconds. Do it same with another. Repeat for 10 times.

Way 3: Tilt your head back as you’re seeking upper wall. Then crease your lips and blow air out of your mouth. Repeat 15 times for healthy cheekbones.

Way 1: compress your jaw for 10 seconds and release it.
