Well, it’s pretty appreciated Kate is in 40+ age and she looks gorgeous and young. She gives her fitness and beauty credit to her darling friend cum trainer Gunnar Peterson. He is only one who always put Kate into the high-intensity workout.

In her one interview, she said,” I work out five or six times in a week with Gunnar” we have lots of things in common like our kids.

Kate’s Diet Plan

Kate was vegetarian, but her trainer suggested to eat fish and chicken to add a high energy, therefore, she is no more vegetarian now, said Kate.

Also, she doesn’t drink alcohol.

Basically, she eats breakfast, and then workout. She avoids eating high-calorie food.

She cuts on sugar, eats veggies, drinks plenty of water and drinks Rooibos tea.

In EOnline magazine Kate said, “I really workout hard with Gunnar for five times a week”

Also, she shared her complete workout plan. Here is the explanation.

Day 1

Do warm up:

  • Stretching
  • 3 sets of knee push ups
  • 3 sets of air squats

Circuit

80 calorie row, 70 mountain climbers, 50 j8umping lunges, 40 sit-ups, 20 Burpees, 30 clean and presses, 60 wall balls.

Day 2

Do warm up:

  • Stretching
  • 3 sets of knee push ups
  • 3 sets of air squats
  • 3 sets of assisted pull-ups
  • Cardio 15-20 min

Circuit

3 rounds for time, 25 walking lunges, 10 jumps squats, 5 Burpees, 15 bodyweight rows

Day 3

Yoga

She loves to do yoga poses. You can go for hiking, jogging and HIIT workout as well.

Day 4

Do warm up:

  • Stretching
  • 3 sets of knee push ups
  • 3 sets of air squats

Circuit

5 rounds for time, 10 Russian twists, 10 jumping jacks, 10 box jumps, 10 V-ups, 10 mountain climbers

Day 5

Do warm up:

  • Stretching
  • 3 sets of knee push ups
  • 3 sets of air squats
  • 3 sets of assisted pull-ups
  • Cardio 15-20 min

Circuit

1 round for time, 25 pull ups, 50 deadlifts, 50 push-ups, 50-floor wipers, 50 clean and press

Day 6

Yoga

Do yoga for 30-60 min by choosing hot yoga programs or academy.

Kate’s Beauty Tips

For her glowing, she does work out and eat healthily. Instead, she uses dermatologist recommended soaps and beauty products.

She uses Cetaphil cleanser, LA Roche Anthelios SPF, Colbert MD tone Facial discs, and Derm Youth Alchemy oil for a beautiful complexion.
