The sun is shining bright on top of our heads, the temperatures are soaring, we are looking for airy and light clothes. Well, the summers are here. And it the perfect time to top on those t-shirts, shorts, sundress and probably even hit the poolside in your swimwear. You would probably be planning to jump to a strict diet to look good in your summer clothes, as there are no more layers to cover up.

But, even exercising or a jog in the park in such weather seems less appealing. However, the summers are still a great time to trim those extra calories and to enjoy the savoury summer foods. No, we don’t mean the greasy and spicy dishes or high-calorie soft drinks. Rather, the cool and refreshing summer food like these.

The juicy and sweet litchi is among the primary elements of a summer diet. The flavorous fruit is rich in antioxidant properties and vitamins that would help you shed the calories.
