Third-Day- 30-40 min exercise

• Circuit training

Forth Day- 60 min
• Warm-up
• Pilates

Fifth Day- 60 min
• Warm-up
• Yoga

Sixth Day- in 60 min circuit
• Warm-up
• Meditation

Seventh Day- Rest day

Diet Schedule

Eat all types of food. Swapped out fast food with some healthy food. Drinks a lot of water in a day to hydrate skin and body.
