Obesity

ACV controls appetite and boost fat metabolism that further increases weight loss. The acetic acid present in ACV activates the fat burning enzyme AMPK in the liver, slows down breaking down of starch to sugar and prevents accumulation of fat.

Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1&2)

Studies on ACV indicate that acetic acid slows down the process of breaking down of carbohydrates to sugar in the blood stream. Precautions with Apple Cider Vinegar

Undiluted ACV contains high acidic properties that can cause burning sensation throat and can damage tooth enamel. Taking ACV with acidic fruit juices could lead to hyperacidity due to the same reason. Also, ACV could result in indigestion and vomiting if taken immediately after tea or coffee

How to take Apple Cider Vinegar?

ACV can be taken with lukewarm water. But it should be added only 1-2 tablespoon to the water and mixed well. Or you can take ACV capsules or tablets. Also, Apple Cider Vinegar can be taken as salad dressing.
